1. Seller

2. Who we sell to

We sell to businesses and to consumers. Where these terms treat consumers differently, that is stated. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under mandatory law. [Change this section if Staeger sells to businesses only.]

3. Products

Dimensions, materials and weights are shown on each product page. Birch plywood is a natural material, so grain and colour vary from box to box. This is not a defect.

4. Orders

You place an order by completing the checkout. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order if a price on the site is obviously wrong or if we cannot make the product; any payment is then refunded in full.

5. Prices and VAT

Prices are in euros. [Prices include Estonian VAT at 24%. / Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout.] Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. [Business customers in another EU country with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge rules.]

6. Payment

9. Defects and complaints

10. Use and liability

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, consumers can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee). Other disputes are settled by [Harju County Court].
