Shipping

• Lead time. Every box is made to order. Orders ship within [2–3 weeks]. When your order leaves our workshop in Otepää, you get an email with a tracking link.

Returns

Consumers in the EU can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

• How. Email info@staeger.co with your order number before the 14 days are over. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but you don’t have to.
• Sending back. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us. [The customer pays for the return. / Staeger pays for the return.]
• Refund. We refund the purchase price and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until the goods are back, or until you show that they have been sent.
